1. Customized Jewellery
No return, refund, or exchange is allowed.
These are one-of-a-kind creations made specifically for you.
2. Ready-to-Ship Products
Domestic (India):
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
International:
Return requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide proof (photos/videos).
3. Damaged / Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 24 to 48 hours.
- Share clear images/videos.
After verification, we will process either a replacement or a refund.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
International refunds may take longer due to banking systems.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to availability.
This policy does not apply to customized jewellery.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For returns:
Domestic customers bear costs unless there was an error from IFEEL.
International customers bear all shipping and customs costs.
7. Customs & Duties (International)
Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Customers must handle customs clearance.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only allowed before production begins.
Cancellations for customized jewellery are not permitted once production has started.
