Welcome to IFEEL – Jewellery That You Feel. By accessing or purchasing from www.ifeeljewellery.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

IFEEL is a premium jewellery brand based in Surat. We specialize in designer diamond jewellery, gold jewellery, and exclusive custom creations. These terms apply to all users worldwide.

2. Product Nature

All jewellery is handcrafted, so minor variations may occur. 

Customized pieces are unique and cannot be replicated. 

Product images are for reference, and slight differences may exist.

3. Pricing & Currency

Prices are listed in INR (₹) by default. 

International customers may see converted prices based on their location. 

Final billing may include currency conversion charges from your bank.

4. Taxes & Duties

Domestic (India): GST is included or added as applicable. 

International Orders: 

Import duties, VAT, and customs taxes are not included. 

Customers must pay these charges upon delivery.

5. Payments

Full payment is required before order confirmation. 

Accepted methods include online payment gateways and bank transfers. 

IFEEL reserves the right to cancel suspicious transactions.

6. Customised Jewellery

All custom orders are final once approved. 

Cancellations are not allowed after production begins. 

The timeline varies based on the complexity of the design.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 10 working days for non-custom orders. 

Customized orders may take 10 to 25 working days. 

International delivery varies from 7 to 20 working days depending on location. 

IFEEL is not responsible for delays due to customs, logistics, or unforeseen events.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content are the sole property of IFEEL. Unauthorized use is strictly forbidden.

9. Limitation of Liability

IFEEL is not liable for:

- Customs delays or charges

- Delivery delays that are beyond our control

- Minor variations in handcrafted jewellery

10. Governing Law

Domestic: Governed by Indian law (Jurisdiction: Surat, Gujarat). 

International: Subject to Indian law unless local regulations require otherwise.
